Allergies and intolerances
It is the responsibility of you (the client) to refer to the ingredient listing in each menu item and advise of any allergies and intolerances. Due to the severe medical nature of anaphylaxis, I am unable to cater for allergies that may result in it. While I take all due care to avoid cross contamination of items, traces may still be present in items that have been processed in offsite facilities. I accept no liability to any allergic or food sensitivity reaction that may occur because of consuming food prepared by me.

I have been trained in the correct handling and safe storage of food. These practices will be consistently adhered to while providing food services within your home. It is however, your responsibility after I leave the premises to continue to observe proper food-handling and storage techniques to prevent any food-borne illness. I accept no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been prepared and stored following appropriate food storage techniques. All items/containers will be clearly labelled with preparation and use-by dates and I am always happy to guide you with any further queries you may have regarding food safety.
